  “I’ll call the airline and see if her plane landed and if she’d gotten on. I will use the office to do so.”

  Now she knew her sister was worried about Shai, as she didn’t use the DA’s office for her own devices. So for her to say it without needing any prompting, Tara was scared.

  “Let me call her once more. You sure you’re okay, Tara?”

  “I will be once I figure out what the hell is going on with my sister. What about you? Get some hot man to ride?”
